How do you get rid of viruses quickly and reliably?

Quite simply: with my prevention program. You can take immediate action through simple means and minimal efforts time-wise.

Viruses pose a major threat to our health and can cause a wide variety of symptoms and serious illnesses.

Vaccinations only work until a virus mutates or new viruses attack us. They also never reach 100% effectiveness and can cause side effects.

The remedies recommended here have no side effects, unless they are massively overdosed over a long period of time or you don't brush your teeth after consuming fruit (but because of the acid you should wait about 20 minutes to do so).

They are effective against all viruses, strengthen the immune system and support many important body functions.

Viruses are ubiquitous. However, if you have a strong immune system, you will usually develop few or no symptoms from an infection. That's why we should strengthen our immune system every day, not just after the body has been infected.

 

Prevention program

Conventional medicine has not yet been able to develop effective means against viruses. But you can prevent yourself with the right foods and vitamins. They also act as a mood booster, just like walks in nature or sports. Make sure you have a good blood circulation and plenty of oxygen in your blood as this will also fight viruses.

The following foods are specifically effective against viruses and should be consumed daily.

Fruits

Wild blueberries, apples, pears, bananas, berries, kiwi, papaya, dates, figs, pomegranate, mango, citrus fruits. A freshly grated apple mixed with a mashed banana and a little lemon juice tastes great. Take honey or maple syrup with it – these products also have antiviral effects.

Vegetables

Potatoes, radishes (and radishes WDH!), cauliflower, kale, cucumber, hemp seeds, garlic, arugula, lettuce, celery, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green asparagus and onions.

Herbs and spices

Thyme, coriander, basil, ginger, turmeric, lemon balm, sesame seeds, sprouts, star-aniseed.

Beverages

Fresh juices and smoothies, coconut water, lemon balm tea, licourice root tea, red clover tea. The teas can also be mixed with each other and are delicious warm, cold, unsweetened or sweetened with honey or maple syrup (must be sourced organically).

Vitamins

Take vitamin D3 daily. D3 can only be formed in the summer half-year with the help of the sun, so taking it in the winter half-year is essential for a stable immune system. Always take D3 together with vitamin K2 (as MK7 all-trans form). Sufficient magnesium and calcium must be supplied either through fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs or as a dietary supplement. If this is not guaranteed or if D3 is overdosed, taking D3 can be harmful.

 

In the winter half of the year – or at the latest in the event of an infection – reduce dairy products or do without them completely. Dairy products make the lining of the intestines and other areas of the body mucus, weaken the immune system and feed viruses.

Finally, a delicious recipe:

Apple wedges with date dip Serves 1–2

Not only children love this snack. Apples are tasty, healthy and antiviral. They conduct heavy metals and radiation out of the body, contain magnesium, calcium and much more. Dates inhibit inflammation, remove toxins from the liver and intestines, strengthen bones, contain iron, potassium and much more.

● Cut 1 large apple into narrow wedges and arrange on a plate.

● Process 6 pitted dates (possibly soaked in water overnight) with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and a little water in a blender to a smooth mass.

● Pour the dip into a bowl and serve with the apples.

"Therapy program for acute virus attacks"


Do you have an acute viral infection (e.g. flu or flu-like symptoms)? Eating fruits, vegetables and herbs is not enough in this case.

Therapy program for acute virus attacks

Recommendations 1 to 6 are highly recommended. Recommendations 7 and 8 are a sensible addition.

1. Zinc Therapy

Ingest 2ml of liquid zinc sulfate into your throat and leave it there for one minute. Then swallow. Do this three times a day. If you have severe symptoms: up to 2ml six times a day. Reduce to normal dose after two days (1ml three times a day). Sensitive people take half the dose.

2. Vitamin C Therapy

Mix 1000 mg of fortified vitamin C in a cup of warm water with two teaspoons of honey (or pure maple syrup) and the juice of an orange or lemon. Drink this mixture every two hours for two days as soon as the first symptoms appear. If necessary, the therapy can be extended.

3. Turmeric and ginger shot

Has anti-inflammatory effects and lowers viral load. Juice four pieces of ginger, four pieces of turmeric, four garlic cloves and two oranges at once and drink the juice immediately. If you don't have a juicer, take two pieces of ginger, turmeric and garlic cloves as well as one peeled orange and blend them in the blender.

4. Medicinal broth

Four carrots cut in half or one sliced sweet potato, two peeled and halved onions, some celery rootin cubes, one cup flat leaved parsley, one cup shitake mushrooms, two tomatoes, 6-8 cloves of garlic, one piece of ginger, one piece of turmeric, a little bit of fresh thyme and possibly a little chilli cut into small pieces. Boil everything with 1.5 liters of water, cover and simmer for 60 minutes, sieve and drink throughout the day.

5. Thyme

Strongly antiviral - fresh or dried. Daily as tea (boil two twigs in water, let steep for 15 minutes) or Thyme water (put a few twigs in a water carafe. Let it infuse overnight and refine with lemon and honey or maple syrup). Use essential thyme oil to inhale (combats viruses in the respiratory tract). Or enjoy a hot bath with it.

6. Lemon balm tea and licorice root tea

A strong dosage increases the effect. Sweeten with untreated honey or maple syrup and add a little fresh lemon.

7. Fresh cucumber juice

Works against high fever. Wash and juice two unpeeled cucumbers. Or blend and sieve.

8. Elderberry syrup

Strengthens the immune system and weakens the viruses. 100g dried berries, 250g honey, 7dl water, one cinnamon stick, one star aniseed, 3-4 cloves. Simmer the berries and spices in the water for 1 hour until it thickens. Let it cool and pour into a glass. Squeeze the berries with a wooden spoon, then mix with liquid honey. Pre-emptively: take one tablespoon per day diluted or undiluted. In acute cases: take three tablespoons per day diluted or undiluted.

It is really important to have these products in stock at home so that they can be used immediately. The zinc sulfate is not that easy to get! You can order it from me by email.

If you follow this therapy, symptoms will usually wear off after a few days.

My recommendations do not replace a visit to the doctor. If your symptoms persistor get worse contact your doctor for evaluation.

 

"Tongue-let at the scales"


Viruses feed on eggs, gluten (bread, pasta, etc.) and on dairy products as already mentioned in part 2. This allows them to multiply quickly. In acute cases avoiding these products completely can be very helpful.

Avoid fats and oils (poultry and pork also contain a lot of fat). They make the blood thicker which reduces oxygen in the blood. Oxygen in the blood is essential to fight viruses.

My family and I are currently eating a lot of extra fruit every day. They are the ultimate energy kick, bring vitality, “joie de vivre” and fight viruses. This is exactly what we need at this time.

My children love wild blueberries (e.g. available frozen at Migros) - preferably sweetened with lots of maple syrup, served on a warming, gluten-free, vegan oat porridge (e.g. with oat milk from Soyana). Throughout the day we continue to eat apples, pears, oranges and tangerines.

Please do not loose your courage in these tense times. It is important to get fresh air as often as possible! When the sun is shining expose your face to the warming light for a while and smile. To adress my following recommendations will encourage you for modifications. Their implemetation will do you good and give you joy.
