Coconut - The multifaceted


This wild fruit has a sheer amount of areas where it can support our health. I would like to introduce some of them to you today. In my blog about the papaya I have already discussed various reasons why it makes sense to consume tropical fruits even in our latitudes.

The coconut leeds to a stronger development of active substances in other foods and thus strengthens us especially for the demands of life.

For example, the deacidifying power of parsley in a smoothie with coconut water is increased by 50%. Or coconut meat in salad makes cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach and leaf lettuce even more nutritious.

Coconut water could even be administered intravenously! It is so beneficial to us humans.

Coconuts contain a variety of vital minerals and alongside their glucose content, this makes them to one of the best electrolyte drinks and thus also to a supporter of your neurotransmitter balance.

May it not also make sense for you to benefit of the healing powers of this fruit?

...Lauric acid and antioxidants, which are antiviral as well as antibacterial. Pathogenic germs are killed in the gastrointestinal tract.

...medium-chained saturates which dissolve unfavorable fatty acids in the intestine and accelerate their elimination.

 

What coconut water can effect

Supports with infertility issues because it nourishes all the tissues involved.

Very valuable in context with hypoglycemia and other disorders of blood sugar balance, including diabetes.

Indicated in disorders of the brain and nerves, especially in Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. By the way, these diseases are regenerable up to a certain stage and this with natural methods!

Annotations and Tips

Strong colorations of coconut water indicate detriments.

Fresh green coconuts naturally contain the most substance. Alternatively one can also resort to coconut cream and frozen coconut meat.

Helpful also against heart palpitations, atrial fibrillation and many diseases.

In the evening and during a full moon ideal for better sleep.

Coconut can also support you during life storms.

As coconut oil is antibacterial, you can also very well use it to brush your teeth with it, besides it is also an excellent oil for the skin. The medical experts, Dr. Grandjean from Harvard University and Dr. Landrigan from the Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai, published a remarkable study in 20014 (Neurobehavioural effects of developmental toxicity – The Lancet Neurology). It shows very clearly how harmful fluoride compounds are, which we ingest with toothpaste without worrying, and which we expect our children to ingest.

Coconuts can be prepared in many different ways in the kitchen. With "coconut cream" you can make a very healthy ice cream. For frying, there is nothing more useful than coconut oil. There are several coconut oil varieties, of which some are also very mild in taste.

Coconut water is the most sensible sports drink there is.

Coconut water is a must for ADHD and autism.

Of course, you can only experience all the mentioned benefits of this fantastic fruit if you snack it sufficiently on a regular basis.

 


Recipe - Coconut Ice Cream

1 Cup of Almond- or Oatmilk/2-3 Dates

Blend everything together in a blender.

Ca. 1,5 Cups Cream of coconut (skimmed from 2 cooled cans of coconut milk)/

1 Dash of salt/2-3 Tablespoon of honey/1 Dash of vanilla-powder

Do not shake the cans. Skim the fresh cream mix it with the milk, salt and honey. Fill the creamy mixture into the ice-machine little be little and process it according to the instructions of the ice machine.

Possibly some roasted almonds or roasted oatmeal...

...to sprinkle the ready ice-cream with. Then drizzle liquid honey over it.
